Job Type: Commercial
Location: The Carolina Center For Behavioral Health - Greer, SC
Project Year: Fall 2012 (15 week Project)

The outpatient center is a 4,900 sq. ft. wood structure facility that was designed by members of the staff at the Carolina Center of Behavioral Health along with Langely & Associates Architect. On this particular project, we did everything from the ground up while having a very tight window from start to completion of approximately 15 weeks.

The structure was a brick foundation with a conventional style floor framing with 2x4" studded exterior and interior walls with a hip style roof (using wood trusses spaced 16 in. on center). The interior consisted of several therapist and medical doctor offices, large spacious group/conference rooms located on the rear of the structure, two kitchen areas and break rooms with two main corridors leading to all areas. The structure also includes two large patient restrooms and a separate staff restroom, both accommodating ADA (Americans with Disability Act) requirements. The exterior consisted of a nice wrap-around Trex deck, plenty of security lighting, and landscaping.
